Responsibilities
- Process 40+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit products, investments, and insurance
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Support branch operations through check processing and ATM replenishment
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- 1+ years cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or banking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software (training provided)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish highly valued
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and obtain Series 6/63 licenses
