Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments promptly.
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data within the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue monthly statements to vendors and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Handle bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., AAIP) is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
