Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Enter and code invoices into QuickBooks Online with high precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer in accordance with payment terms.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and generate AP aging reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
