Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with general ledger monthly
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursement processes
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support annual audit preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume processing preferred
