Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve vendor discrepancies
- Execute timely payments via ACH and check systems
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching protocols
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Assist month-end closing processes
- Support AP automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Detail-oriented with numerical precision
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Experience with AP automation tools
