Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately
- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for financial documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Assist with month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional reconciliation abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Part-time availability (M-F, 9am-1pm or similar schedule)
