Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices to ensure payment accuracy
- Manage 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment cycles through vendor communication and scheduling
- Support month-end closing with AP reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor master data updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
