Responsibilities

  • Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update accounts payable ledgers using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
