Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during weekend shifts
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial strategy and process improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
