Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and audits
- Support budgeting processes and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
