Responsibilities
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations

- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly reporting processes
- Implement and optimize accounting software solutions (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
