Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare accurate financial statements and monthly reports for diverse clientele
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex financial analyses
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
