Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for review by management.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Assist in the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns (PA specific) for our small business clients.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and track accounts receivable efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
