Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Coordinate sales tax filings and quarterly payroll tax compliance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven track record in reconciling complex accounts
- Excellent attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
