Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and month-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll support
- Analyze financial data for budget forecasting and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience (part-time or full-time)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
