Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Conduct audits and implement internal control improvements
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and compliance
- Provide financial consulting to small and medium-sized businesses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations (CO & FL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
