Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and budget analysis.
- Maintain and update the general ledger entries using industry-standard software.
- Handle payroll processing support and tax document preparation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of part-time or full-time accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
