Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation for clients
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and Oklahoma tax regulations
