Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations for Florida-based entities
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
