Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare detailed financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for client portfolios
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or EA) highly valued
