- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Support clients with QuickBooks bookkeeping and reporting
- Collaborate with team on financial forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
