Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support audits by providing requested documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with part-time exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
