Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and local compliance reporting.Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash disbursements.Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent CPA qualification).Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).Strong working knowledge of California state tax laws and federal regulations.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
