Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow projections
- Support audits by providing financial records and explanations
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proven experience with multi-client accounting systems
