Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 3-5 small business clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks Online databases
- Provide financial insights to clients during monthly reviews
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with multi-client portfolio management
