Key Duties:

  • Process and reconcile monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (1099s, W-2s).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

Requirements:
