Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and tax filings for 50+ employees
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Maintain digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Support year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with tax preparation team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification preferred (not required)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Part-time availability (Mon-Thu 9am-2pm)
