Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a part-time capacity
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active CPA certification preferred but not required
