Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for clients
- Develop customized financial reports for business decision-making
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
