Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account audits
- Support tax preparation and documentation for clients
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with budget forecasting and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
