Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Provide responsive client communication regarding financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
