Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with proficiency in GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
