Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Support tax preparation and compliance requirements
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with team to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience (part-time acceptable)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona CPA license preferred
