Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Support quarterly/year-end closing processes
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
