Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed
- Train clients on accounting software and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- CPA or advanced certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
