Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Support audits and provide financial insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional CPA or CPA candidate preferred
