Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Maintain QuickBooks and Excel-based financial models
- Support year-end audits and quarterly reporting
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
- Advising on cash flow optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks Pro certification or equivalent proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Florida CPA license preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with Intacct or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish
