- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Assist with audits and financial documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
