Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for small to medium businesses
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for clients
- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
