Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze profit/loss reports for 15-20 clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with NetSuite proficiency
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance documentation
- Develop customized financial reports for client decision-making
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems per SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Illinois CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with multi-client portfolio management
