Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas CPA license preferred
