- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and reporting
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
