Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements for 15+ clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare payroll reports and tax filings (quarterly/annual)
- Maintain QuickBooks Online databases with real-time updates
- Conduct financial audits and variance analysis
- Generate month-end closing reports with executive summaries
- Adhere to GAAP and IRS compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- TX sales tax filing experience (Comptroller-certified)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
