- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit readiness
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/EA) preferred
