- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and tax filings accurately and timely
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance
- Support audits and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
