- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for multiple clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Implement efficient accounting systems and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with public or private firms
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and NY tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
