Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate transaction recording
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple clients
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Support audits and financial compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
