- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits by providing financial documentation
- Implement and improve accounting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
