- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and expense tracking
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities for client reporting and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setting
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) highly valued
