Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll for 15-20 employees bi-weekly
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance filings
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a significant plus
